Court in Darchula district on Sunday has sentenced two boys for the murder of a man on September 11, 2016.
Two boys aged seventeen and fourteen were handed prison terms of ten to twenty years for their crime.
“The fourteen year old boy (whose name was not disclosed) was sentenced to ten years and nine months behind bars”, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Kedar Khanal of District Police Office, Darchula. “And seventeen year old Ramesh Singh Kunwan was sentenced to twenty years in prison”
Three people were arrested in accusation of killing Ganesh Singh Kunwar of Api with a dagger on September 11, 2016.
One of the accused, Dhirendra Singh Kunwar, 27, of the same locality was acquitted in the case. RSS
